Hypnosis group session

Group sessions are available to any group with 5-10 people.

Group sessions offer you a space to relax, unfold and let go. They are kept general to suit different people's needs. The main purpose is relaxation and releasing stress, tension and minds clutter. But can be more tailored if all members have the same needs like lifestyle changes including eating behaviours and emotional eating.

£20 per person, min 5 people

The complete package

The complete package consists of 6x 121 sessions which are tailored to your individual needs. 

Each session is about 1 hour long .

You get unlimited in between sessions e-mail support.

As part of your package you can have 1-3 regression sessions taking you back to the root cause of your current issue and healing it right there at the source.

At the end of the 6th session we will have a review and single sessions can be booked on.


Breakthrough sessions

A breakthrough session is ideal for people who wish to stop smoking, overcome a phobia or overcome a traumatic event.

They can be intense and take several hours.

You can become a non-smoker in 1 day.



An initial telephone consultation is required for all new clients. This is free of charge and takes around 20-30 minutes.

This will give us the chance to get to know one another and decide whether this is a good fit for us to work together.

I require full commitment from my clients and a readiness for change. Hypnosis and coaching is not a quick fix and requires a willingness as I am not able to help you change anything you don't want to change from the bottom of your heart.

However most clients report back some positive changes after the first session.

I would highly recommend Christin.. after initially talking over some of the issues I had, Christin told me in depth what techniques she felt could help. I was very worried at first and unsure I would benefit but once we got started I felt comfortable and at ease. Christin was very supportive throughout and ensured she worked at a pace suitable for me. Christin also worked with me on writing out some goals for me to work towards.. these have been positive and manageable goals which have really helped me. I would also say Christin goes above and beyond when it comes to her different techniques and gives lots of positive encouragement to keep you going throughout her time with you.
