Hypnotherapy, Age Regression & NLP Explained

Clinical Hypnotherapy

In a clinical hypnotherapy session, I will guide you into a state of deepest relaxation and focus. In this state the subconscious mind is more open and receptive to the positive changes you desire and in which your, usually very active and reasoning, conscious mind is very relaxed and calm. Like the moment just before you fall asleep. In this state we can identify and transform deep-seated thought patterns, old habits, and emotional barriers.

Our brains are in natural states of hypnosis a few times each day like the moments of awakening, falling asleep and daydreaming.

Age Regression
Hypnotherapy

Age regression hypnotherapy is a specialised element of my holistic healing approach, available as an option within a series of sessions with me, following an initial couple of sessions. This is not always needed but an option especially in cases like trauma, subconscious resistance to improve further after the initial shifts in wellbeing. In this type of session we will regress back to the root cause of the issue and do some healing work right there and then.

Integrating inner child healing, gestalt therapy, and higher self-healing, this method gently guides you to revisit and understand the origins of your emotional patterns and challenges. By safely accessing past experiences, we work together to uncover deep-seated roots that may be influencing your current wellbeing. This process not only fosters profound personal insight but also paves the way for lasting transformation and a renewed sense of empowerment.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a powerful approach to personal development and communication. It focuses on understanding how language and thought patterns influence behaviour and emotions. By reshaping limiting beliefs and creating new, empowering habits, NLP helps you take charge of your mindset and achieve desired outcomes.

This process often involves techniques like visualization, where you mentally rehearse positive scenarios, or anchoring, which links desired emotional states to specific triggers. These tools work to reprogram thought patterns and behaviours, enabling lasting and effective change. Whether it's improving confidence, breaking unhelpful patterns, or enhancing communication, NLP provides practical tools for lasting change.

Is hypnotherapy safe?

Yes, hypnotherapy is a safe and widely used approach. You remain aware and in control throughout.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your goals and specific needs, however usually a set of 6 sessions is a good place to start. After a few sessions we can discuss your progress and decide together what is best for your needs.

Where do the sessions take place?
